Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  1. Orders received before 12 noon EST will be shipped the same day provided items are in stock. Orders received after noon will ship the following day.
  2. Customers may choose between UPS and the US Postal Service.  UPS shipments have a prompt and predictable time of delivery with options for package tracking.  The US Postal Service (Media Mail) is provided free of charge on all web orders of $30 or more.  Generally, this delivery method will take 4 to 9 days depending on your distance from Georgia. The free shipping offer excludes Trinity Hymnals and Pew Bibles and is valid ONLY for shipments within the United States.
  3. In the event our stock may not be sufficient to fill your order, you may specify to hold your order until all items are ready to ship--to save shipping charges.  If you desire to have your items shipped as they are available, you may incur additional shipping fees--especially when UPS or Priority mail is chosen as the shipping method.
  4. If our stock is too low to fill your order and you need it FAST, we can usually have suppliers ship the order directly to you.  Please use the notes field on your order to specify your desired time frame and other special stipulations.
  5. One copy of your invoice will be included with your order.

Payment Terms

  1. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are all accepted forms of payment. PCA churches may request direct billing by contacting the Bookstore Manager at 1-800-283-1357.
  2. Credit cards used for web purchases will be authorized for the entire purchase amount at the time of order submission. In the event a book is back-ordered or out-of-print, your card will only be charged for the item(s) shipped. The balance of the authorized amount will be charged when remaining items ship. 
  3. For the protection of our customers, credit card information is not retained on the website for more than 30 days.

 


 

Return Policy

  1. Customers must obtain permission and return authorization number from the Bookstore staff before returning merchandise for credit.
  2. Books returned within 4 months of the invoice date and that are in saleable condition will be credited "in full" if a copy of the invoice accompanies the returned books.  Books returned without a copy of the invoice will receive an 80% credit.  No credit for postage can be given.
  3. Books returned after 4 months of the invoice date and that are in saleable condition will receive a credit of 80% of the value of the items if a copy of the invoice accompanies the returned books.  Books returned without a copy of the invoice will only receive a credit of 70% of the value of the items.  No credit for postage can be given.
  4. Books returned due to damage, defect or error in our shipping receive a full credit plus the cost of the postage "both ways".
  5. No books may be returned for any reason after one year from the invoice date. 
  6. Special orders are not returnable.
